The historic Gragnano pasta factory brings all the knowledge and taste of its territory to Bologna.

Within F.I.CO. Eataly World, the large park dedicated to agri-food in Bologna, the Di Martino pasta factory is present with a large and multifunctional space, which aims to bring all the tradition behind Pasta di Gragnano PGI to the homeland of tortellino.

Inside FICO., In fact, Pastificio Di Martino has rebuilt a mill and a real production line, which accompanies the visitor along the steps necessary to obtain dry pasta, passing from milling to mixing the semolina with water. , to drawing and drying, up to the packaging of the final product: the best pasta after that of Gragnano!
