About Us

For three generations we have been bringing our PGI Gragnano pasta to tables worldwide. Made with the best 100% Italian durum wheat semolina (Non-GMO)

Bronze die extruded and slowly dried at low temperatures, our pasta is authentically produced since 1912 in Gragnano, Napoli, the pasta capital of the world

Our pasta is 100% Made in Italy

Our semolina is born in the fields of southern Italy, dedicated to durum wheat cultivation for over 2000 years. We select the best varieties, characterized by their excellent quality (Non-GMO) and high protein content (minimum 14%)

How is our pasta made?

The 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, combined with the pure spring waters of the Lattari Mountains, gives life to our PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) Gragnano Pasta

Over the years we have grown and expanded always prioritizing our passion for high quality pasta

Today, we produce more than 8 million pasta dishes a day and export our pasta to more than 35 countries. We have extended the Di Martino experience to our own stores, restaurants and pasta bars, with michelin-starred chef menus to indulge your senses
