Thicker and wider than Linguine, with a particularly rough texture on the palate, Fresine are a pasta shape typical of the Gragnano tradition. Their particular consistency was once due to the use of unrefined semolina, which helped to give porosity to the final product, while today this characteristic is reproduced by the die, releasing a flavor that is hardly forgotten on the bite. Ideal for rich and full-bodied sauces.
Perfect with: Fish, crustaceans, molluscs, meat, cheese, legumes (if its broked)
