Linguine

Long shape of Ligurian origin, especially loved in combination with basil pesto but also with fragrant seafood recipes. The Neapolitan tradition binds it to quick sauces based on fish, such as the iconic “Linguine with clams”.

Perfect with: Fish, crustaceans, molluscs, meat, cheese, legumes (if its broked)

Cook it like this: Mixed in a pan with sauce or broked and cooked directly inside the soups.
