This mixture of small pasta shape is from the  Neapolitan families of storing what was left over from different types of pasta and bringing them all together in a soup recipe, generally accompanied with legumes or vegetables. Today we have studied for you the perfect combination of pasta shape, carefully selected to guarantee you an indispensable palatal experience. Mista Corta pasta is an all-Campania habit and in fact this shape is not very well known in Italy, just as the goodness of the magic of the double carbohydrate Pasta Mista with potatoes and smoked provola cheese is unfortunately little known.
