Ingredients for 4 servings
- 0.83 lb of Bucatini Di Martino
- 5 eggs
- 0,33 lb of diced salami
- 0,33 lb of bacon into cubes
- 0,33 lb of soft cheese into cubes
- 0,22 lb of grated Parmigiano
- 3 tbs of evo oil
- 1 knob of butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water, drain and set aside. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the Parmigiano and the already cooked pasta
Season with salt and pepper and mix gradually adding the salami, bacon and cheese
Melt the butter together with the oil in a pan with low, wide edges. Pour the seasoned pasta and cook over medium-high heat until it turns golden. Then turn it upside down with the help of a serving dish and brown the other side
Lower the heat and finish cooking until the heat reaches the inside of the omelette
Plate up, cut into slices and serve.
